The Role

Due to significant recent and ongoing growth in our fast-paced environment we’re now looking for a Contracts Manager to support our growing presence in Europe with contract review, negotiation, and development of efficient contract management. Based in Dublin, Ireland, this role reports directly to our General Counsel, working closely with a high performance Legal & Contracts team, with a dotted line into our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating customer contracts, NDAs and other agreements to ensure our professional services comply with company policies and risk tolerance, while working collaboratively with the sales team;

Providing administrative assistance to the company on a wide variety of items such as customer information security questionnaires, tax applications etc

Working closely with General Counsel and US Legal Contracts Manager

Providing regular updates on best practice / legal updates that may affect the business;

Offering pragmatic solutions to complex problems that may slow-down or block deals;

Ensuring that all relevant supporting documents/material is obtained and recorded for potential correspondence;

Coordinating the execution of corporate and transaction documents;

Building key internal and external stakeholder relationships & manage contract negotiations;

Assisting in the development and maintenance of contracts-related processes and procedures to scale with the company’s growth, to include developing and maintaining playbook, standard forms, contracts database, etc.

About You

3+ years of contracts analyst/management experience

Proven experience operating in a fast-pace environment

Deep understanding of contract & commercial law

Highly proficient with analysing and drafting contracts, proof-reading, and general administration

Solutions-focused mindset and track record

Highly diligent and resolute

Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

Passion to work within a fast-paced growing environment

Legal qualification (e.g. degree or equivalent) preferable (and needed if no experience as paralegal or contracts manager)
