Compliance Analyst

Job Overview:
Engage with customers and Non-Compliant targets to resolve licensing discrepancies and ensure full compliance with licensing agreements.

Partner with systems and forensics team to develop comprehensive and compelling License Compliance cases.

Leverage systems / analytics to develop and enrich Compliance cases.

Investigate, review and qualify infringement data.

Ensure timely tracking and reporting on Compliance cases

Collaborate with vendors and partners in developing best practices.

Job Responsibilities:
Experienced with audits / asset reconciliation / customer engagement and Negotiation

Experienced in data analysis and program management

Strong written and verbal communication

Proficient in data mining, analytics and reporting

Proficient in use of Excel

Ability to interface well with other departments

Experience with databases or record repository applications including SFDC

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, emphasis in Business: Accounting and/or Information Systems (Preferred)

Minimum 3-5years of Software / Intellectual Property audits (preferably with Big 4 accounting firm experience
