THE ROLE As Account Director you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of exciting clients as well as working alongside the senior management team to ensure that the services and brand are at the forefront of our industry.

You willbe responsible for not only working with our current clients on strategies and ongoing projects but also have a pivotal role in pitching for new work, taking potential clients from leads to loyal customers.

You willbe expected to invest your time in ensuring that we are providing our clients with not only a high-quality service but also ensuring that we are providing them value through our offered services.

RESPONSIBILITIES Account Strategy Acting as the key contact for a portfolio of clients, and responsible for all accounts within the comms department Responsible for embedding comms services within our day-to-day live experience accounts Managing the business development pipeline Creating account strategies to support business development and business growth Maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant market trends and new marketing tools and platforms affecting client accounts, and developments in the wider industry Creating and delivering client presentations and pitches for new and existing clients Analysing and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts Continuously evaluating the offering to our clients, ensuring that the brand is being represented in the best possible way while providing clients with what they want / need Leading the analysis and reporting of all account campaigns to continually improve marketing output Project Management Leading creative concept creation, with a strong eye for branding and attention to detail for client facing presentations Conceptualising and implementing the comms strategy on large live experience accounts Have a solid grasp on all comms concepts and strategies being delivered throughout the business Understanding quickly the needs and requirements of a client and translating them accurately into problem solving areas and deliverable project KPIs Developing marketing strategies for clients across a range of industries, including scope for brand development, digital marketing, PR, brand awareness, activations and campaigns, with experience at the core A thorough understanding of campaign reporting and analysis, and the tools needed to best deliver this insight Giving clients a clear understanding of project ROI and campaign performance Implementing strategies based on agreed parameters and client briefs Leading, managing and growing client budgets Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects Working with internal and external designers and other departments to deliver client projects Liaising with other departments to ensure a consistent level of quality Contributing to the CRM system and ensuring client data is up to date Senior Management (Marketing)
