Job Description

We are looking for a target-driven and self motivated Christmas Sales Assistant for our team in Sheffield!

Become a part of the festivities this winter and join our pro active team! Weekly pay, full time, short and long term openings available.

Key responsibilities of the Christmas Sales Assistant:
Assisting the Sales and Marketing team with a varied brand awareness
Accompanying the team and participating in both internal and external events
Promoting events across all social media platforms
Supporting the Marketing Manager with logistical and administrative support
Maintaining records of all bookings e.g. venue, catering and taking payments
Assisting with creative decisions
Attending all meetings to act as a second point of contact
Ad-hoc duties at events including promotional work, demonstrating products and explaining services on behalf of clients
Helping set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion
Ensuring all branded items for events arrive on time and in a presentable condition
Essential requirements:

Proven project management skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident with all Microsoft Office packages

Salary: £350.00-£550.00 per week
