Chinese Speaking Sales Administrator Job at SeeWoo Foods in Biggleswade
SeeWoo Foods is a family business specialising in the importation and distribution of Asian Food service ingredients.
Our company has been established for over 40 years, and it is now into its second generation. It has two Cash and Carry retail operations serving both the public and wholesale customers, with its Head Office in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.
We are currently recruiting for a Chinese Speaking Sales Administrator to join the team at Biggleswade. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out general administration duties within the Sales team and so previous experience of processing sales orders within the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Taking orders by telephone and email
- Processing all orders onto the system
- Supporting and liaising with other sales team members
- Communicating professionally with new and existing customers on a daily basis
- Dealing with customer enquiries, resolving problems, raising invoices, issuing credit notes
- Working with credit control regarding any outstanding invoices
- Updating and maintaining the customer database
- Carry out data entry, manage team calendars and creating company reports
- Fluent in Cantonese / Mandarin and English (reading and writing)
- Previous sales administration and order processing experience
- Experience of working in a busy and fast paced working environment
- Experience of processing invoices
- Strong work ethic with a thirst for learning
- Good customer service and a professional telephone manner
- Good technical and communications skills and the ability to work well within the team
- Hardworking, proactive, Dependable, reliable and well organized
- An adaptable multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail
- Numerate and computer literate
