Job Description:

Experience Required: 2 – 5 Years in Perm and Contractual Staffing

Role: Manager- Business Development (Staffing)
We are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated BDM for our company to generate staffing business majorly from the UK and additionally from Europe (Mainly Germany, France, and Italy), and APAC Region (Mainly Singapore and Malaysia)

Job Responsibilities:

As a Staffing Consultant and BDM you will handle all aspects of:

  • Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners/ SMEs) for IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Engineering staffing business majorly from the UK, and secondary from Europe (Mainly Germany, France, and Italy), and APAC Region (Mainly Singapore and Malaysia)
  • For the initial three months, the focus will be only on permanent staffing.
  • Interact with clients on a daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil.
  • Knowledge of GDPR.
  • Get involved in complete recruitment cycle – from sourcing to placing and handle a team of recruiters.
  • Handle a team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them.
  • Be accountable for a minimum revenue target of £10,000 per month. The minimum monthly business target is £10,000.
  • Even if the business for next month is generated from the same client instead of a new account, it will be counted under the business target.
  • Client relationship management and client retention to ensure regular business from the new clients
  • Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project
  • Leverage your existing relationships and network to open a new business
  • Should be comfortable working in a start-up environment.
  • Will be responsible for building the Team and Client base from scratch.
  • Following up with the clients for invoice payment. The Invoice must be cleared by 3rd of each month with a grace period of 2 days.

Remuneration:

  • The salary will range between £24,000 (£2,000 per month) to £48,000 (£4,000 per month) per annum depending upon the experience, skillset, previous targets, knowledge about the industry, if you could leverage your existing relationships and network to open a new business, and your ability to generate new business as per the monthly target as mentioned in the Job Responsibilities above.
  • You must meet the bare minimum business target of £10,000 per month.

Even if the business of £10,000 for the next month is generated from the account you generated in the previous month, it will be counted under business target.

  • Business Target of £10,000 is our bare minimum requirement. For the initial two months (probation period), the salary will be entirely target based.
  • After two month of probation period the salary will be fixed and annual package will apply.
  • If in any month you achieve a business target of £15,000 or above, you would also be entitled to a bonus of £400 for that month. Again, in this £25,000.00, the business generated from the previous/old account will also be counted.
  • If the annual business target reach £600,000.00 or above, you would also be entitled to a yearly performance bonus of £4000.
