Due to continued growth SEE are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be primarily responsible for winning new business and managing client accounts through our framework agreements.
Job Role
To improve sales revenue and profitability via our client frameworks
Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and improving relationships with key decision-makers
Identify new leads and potential customer accounts via our frameworks that are either not trading with the business ing to full potential and deliver strategies for winning new opportunities
Generate and follow-up leads on existing database creating new opportunities
Record and analyse customer account information and promote our exceptional standard of customer service
Conduct sales meetings and presentations with both new and existing clients
Build pipelines and generate reports
Liaise with the Group Strategy & Development Director to seek out and maximise cross selling opportunities across the business

Skills and Experience
Must have a minimum of 5 years recruiting in the FM and construction industry
Must have experience working with public sector clients and maximising framework opportunities
Self motivated and target driven
A full clean driving licence and be willing to travel
