We support recruitment agencies by providing funding, market-leading platform, and back-office services to enable their uncapped growth.
You’ll become an integral part of a growing sales department, working closely with the Sales Manager and Director.
You will have the opportunity to impact and affect the ambitious growth strategy of the business.
Main tasks Creating and using network to engage new clients Following up and closing leads passed over from Sales Executives Meeting with current and prospective clients Nurture sales leads through marketing campaigns and direct emails/newsletters Self-generating leads and new business through cold calling, Linkedin and emails Account Manage clients won and work closely with operations team to grow relationship Maintaining department records and CRM, including spreadsheets and databases that track referrals, sales, and customers Support ongoing campaigns and identify upsell opportunities Assist with the sales demos and maintain accurate sales materials Qualifications and Skills Previous client-facing sales experience, ideally within recruitment or supplying into recruitment Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding targets and expectations Proactive and willing to chase opportunities throughout the whole sales cycle Experience meeting with prospects to convert opportunities Account Management experience Good numeracy and IT skills The ability to plan and organise, maintain internal CRM prioritise, and delegate when needed Succinct reporting skills to keep management appraised of current pipeline Personal Attributes Positive, personable, and friendly Ambitious sales focused and commercially minded A passion for identifying and targeting key prospects An interest in sales and the entire deal cycle and a desire to play a key role in a rapidly growing business Thrive in a busy working environment
