We are experiencing tremendous growth in the number of brands selling through Wolf & Badger, and our goal is to help them expand their sales and brand exposure by leveraging our platform features to the fullest and optimising their presence on our marketplace.

The Brand Partnerships Manager will play a vital leadership role within the brands team, contributing to strategy and execution that drives new brand signups, platform adoption, growth, and long-term retention.

This is a B2B role.

This role is located in our London HQ.

What You’ll Do Work with leadership to execute and optimize the main stages of the brand lifecycle Acquisition, Onboarding, Category Management and Cancellation Train, coach and develop Brands team members to achieve team and individual goals across each stage of the lifecycle Track, analyse, and communicate key metrics and trends across each lifecycle stage to ensure KPIs are being met Refine the strategy, systems, processes, and tactics to improve performance Collaborate with the Product/Tech team to help drive forward the product roadmap for the development of the brands dashboard and tools to further enhance the brand experience Manage cross-functional initiatives with other teams such as Merchandising, Marketing, Content, Events, Community Support and Retail Present key success initiatives and findings to senior leadership, advocating for resources as applicable Use a brand-centric mindset to drive improvement in our product and services and ideate new innovative ideas/approaches/processes and bring them to fruition

RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent 3 years of experience in B2B customer success, account management and/or sales management, including at least 1 year of people management experience, ideally with a marketplace, ecommerce, retail or similarly situated SaaS platform, that services small-to-medium sized brands at scale

Experience withcustomer success/account management metrics and managing yourself and/or others to drive to these metrics

Experience withCRM/sales/account management software (we use Hubspot) Analytical and data driven- can define KPIs and measure progress/success for your initiatives Highly empathetic with strong desire to help independent, sustainable fashion, design and beauty brands be successful

Willingness toroll-up-sleeves as well as play oversight and strategic role Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, organizational, listening, and communication skills
