Band 4 Phlebotomy Supervisor Job at Maxxima in London
In this role, the post holder is responsible to lead and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of all Phlebotomy functions. You will be responsible for planning, supervising and scheduling of Phlebotomy staff and data entry to ensure robust, reliable & efficient service to both external and internal service users.
The post holder is responsible for ensuring all appropriate Pathology First & Staff documentation is completed and up to date and will act as a deputy and provide support to, the Phlebotomy Manager in aspects of service provision within Phlebotomy.
This role will be Monday to Friday, 09:00- 17:00, there may be some weekend working options as well.
The pay rate for this Band 4 Phlebotomy Supervisor vacancy is £13.00 per hour (Umbrella), due to start in October 2020.

Requirements of this Band 4 Phlebotomy Supervisor vacancy:
3 GCSE ‘O’ levels or equivalent which must include English
A minimum of 2 years recent previous phlebotomy experience
Excellent communication skills, a caring and professional attitude are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure in all areas
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
Excellent written and spoken English Language skills
Previous experience and confidence using IT applications including Microsoft Office and Outlook
Full UK driving licence and use of car for work
