In charge of executing different Backoffice configurations in order to support our Operations teams, we’re looking for a highly motivated Backend Office Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of the gaming industry, will have good business acumen and will possess excellent customer-service skills in order to support our internal teams in their day-to-day work. You will also possess a good understanding of Gaming platform components, bonus flows, payments, game integrations and more.
Key duties and Responsibilities
Work through initial requirements/specifications and change requests.
Execute complex system configurations based on business requirements.
Get familiar with the different backend systems and be the problem solver in terms of system abilities and providing creative solutions.
Strong attention to detail.
Commitment, enthusiasm, and assertiveness.
Highly motivated individual who can work alone and as part of a larger team.
Highly organized and goal-oriented with a structured way of working.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally and calmly.
High social competence, very good communication skills and empathic. behaviour.
Good level of written and spoken English.
Experience in the industry or in a similar role is an advantage.
