Area Sales Representative Job at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery – in Reading
What will I be doing?
As a dynamic and enthusiastic individual, you will unleash the success of our products, as well as lead and manage the partnerships with a defined number of Accounts. Additionally, we want you to be as passionate about our customers as we are, with your strong interest in creating and implementing solutions allowing us to continue supporting our customer ledger and driving loyalty. Relationships and stakeholder management is key for us, as you will be using strategic and planned account management methodology, to ensure that every sales opportunity across all product categories are optimised within your ledger.

The successful candidate will ideally have:
Proven ability to manage a number of large key customers and built strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
Strong abilities in understanding customer objectives in order to develop successful strategic plans
Identified new sales opportunities and create solutions for your customer ledger to deliver long term profitable sales growth for both parties
What youll be doing
You will lead and manage the partnership with a defined number of target Accounts. By working collaboratively, you will agree and achieve jointly agreed strategic plans and objectives; thus delivering the sales and profit budget for those accounts.
No two days are the same within this Area Sales Representative role, but here are some of the key accountabilities you will be involved in:
Building strong understandings of our customer objectives at all levels and creating quality trusted relationships with all stakeholders
Ensuring that customers have an established business development plan in place, on how we can deliver a sales growth, along with strong day to day management of all accounts on allocated ledger to drive and achieve sales and profit targets set.
Market research/ forecast for up and coming projects
