We are delighted to be supporting a RIBA Chartered practice looking for a proactive Architect. Join this dynamic and experienced team for a chance to work on a wide range of projects such as retail, commercial and residential. This creative, sustainable, and award-winning architectural practise are looking for an experienced architect to join their expanding team.
Our client has an excellent portfolio with a team of enthusiastic individuals who care about creating places that foster human connection whilst adding commercial, civic, environmental, and social value.
The ideal candidate will be RIBA III qualified, ARB registered or equivalent with at least 5 years’ post qualification experience and exceptional design skills with a demonstration of technical understanding and exceptional design skills. Have you got what it takes to work directly with clients and contractors whilst promoting the company to engender future success?
RIBA III qualified or equivalent
Exceptional design skills
Experienced Architect with all round experience
Worked on projects of small to medium sized
Proficient knowledge of industry standards
Good CAD skills and BIM understanding
Excellent written and communication skills
