Salary: £17,682 per annum together with NEST pension benefits
Hours of work: Full-time 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term contract up to 30 September 2022
Location: This position will be based at the Singleton Campus

Main Purpose of the Post
This individual will be responsible for providing support to the busy Admissions Teams, processing applications to the University. The successful post holder will be involved in the initial processing of applications, creation of student records on a central database and the subsequent data entry. The role will also entail post offer follow up work such as verification of qualifications and uploading attachments to online applications and dealing with application queries via the University’s CRM system.
Assisting with the processing of application forms;
Maintenance of record systems including creation, updating, data entry and scanning;
Checking and verification of qualifications;
Assisting with the follow up of offers to candidates – e.g. mail shots;
Uploading attachments to online applications;
Dealing with phone calls from applicants and email queries via the University’s CRM system;
Sorting and distribution of mail;
Providing support on Open and Visit days and elsewhere as necessary.
