Administration Assistant (Full Time 37 hrs per week) Job at RSK Group – in Burton-On-Trent

We are looking for an organised, positive individual to join our friendly contracting administration team. The role is full time and will be office-based. The candidate will primarily assist the office manager in the day to day operation of the contracting division’s administration. The role will require regular updates of paperwork and online files, so the candidate must be computer literate and attentive to detail. Working within a small team the candidate should be able to work on their own initiative and also be an effective team player.
Successful candidate will be:
Fielding e-mail and telephone enquiries from internal site staff and Project Managers
Inputting project details on Microsoft Business Central (MBC)
Sourcing materials and quotes for sites
Organise orders to suppliers and arranging deliveries to meet deadlines
Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
Raising purchase orders (when required)
Shipping orders (when required)
Analysing and updating site staff time sheets & travel hours
To be well organised and efficient
To have good data accuracy and attention to detail with good level of numeracy and IT skills
Ability to deliver good quality customer service (internal & external)
Confident and professional telephone skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Knowledge of construction products desirable
Hours of work
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary and benefits:
Commensurate with experience but likely to be around £19,000
