Account Manager Job at Salted Stone – in Dublin
Salted Stone’s Account Managers are consultants, working directly with Strategists to manage client relationships, define requirements and timelines, and skillfully lead projects. The role involves regular communication with clients and internal production teams on deliverables, progress, and opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal production team.
Work alongside Strategists to develop digital solutions for clients.
Oversee project management and ensure successful and timely delivery of client solutions according to their expressed needs and objectives.
Regularly review project and campaign performance to report on client success and identify growth opportunities of client accounts.
Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, emails, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence.
Coordinate and conduct recurring check-ins and status updates with clients.
Ensure accurate billable time logs and understand the importance of tracking such cost/value data per project.
Build and maintain a healthy portfolio of lasting client relationships and drive managed revenue from service upsells.
Maintain knowledge of tools and trends relevant to client industries.
Be a resource to clients for best practices in digital marketing and inbound strategies.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business.
2-3 years experience with digital marketing, content marketing, or project management.
Previous agency experience – preferably in a client-facing role.
Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and able to manage multiple projects (budgets, timelines, personalities) simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively based on clients’ business objectives, challenges, and KPIs.
Passion for marketing and business consulting with a desire to continue learning and keeping up-to-date with digital media best practices.
Experience working with B2B, fast-growing SaaS, and/or technology companies.
Current understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), paid media (PPC), email marketing, PR, and social media marketing.
High-level knowledge of general marketing and sales tech stacks.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Apps and Microsoft Office.
A motivated and positive attitude!
HubSpot Academy certifications, specifically Inbound Marketing, Inbound Sales, and/or CMS for Marketers.
Understanding of basic web development (HTML, CSS, etc.) and experience editing websites on popular CMS platforms such as HubSpot and WordPress.
Proficiency in Teamwork and Airtable.
